Pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law Article 3 and Environmental Conservation Law § 71-0203, the Department of Environmental Conservation hereby gives notice of the following:

Notice of Adoption to repeal 6 NYCRR Part 640 pertaining to the form of a uniform appearance ticket and simplified information used by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC). 6 NYCRR Part 640 is obsolete as the NYS DEC has designated the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles uniform ticket (or succeeding formats) as its prescribed form. This notice will be published in issue 29 of the State Register, dated July 18, 2012.
