Negative Declaration
Ontario County - The Town of Victor, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed establishment of Lill Development Sewer District and Consolidation into the Victor Consolidated Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the formation of the Lill Development Sewer District and consolidation into the Victor Consolidated Sewer District. This extension will serve a 17.7 acre parcel on the east side of Old Dutch Road, for which conditional site plan approval of an industrial facility was recently issued by the Town of Victor Planning Board. Installation of a sewer pump station will allow service to the Lill site, Koch Container site, and four light industrial parcels on the west side of Old Dutch road. Approximately 1,150 linear feet of sanitary forcemain will be installed. The Action will allow Koch Container to connect to the pump station, which will require sewer infrastructure to cross the Lehigh Trail. The project is located on the east side of Old Dutch Road in the Town of Victor, New York.
