Public Notice

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from RR Dunnelly & Sons Company for a site known as the Former Moore Wallace Facility, site ID #C401064. This site is located in the City of Albany, within the County of Albany, and is located at 120 Industrial Park Road. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than August 10, 2012. Negative Declaration

Delaware County - The Town of Andes Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Andes Health Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a two lot subdivision and a site plan / special use permit review. The subdivision will take place along the Tremperkill Stream, creating one 1.837 acre parcel on Cabin Hill Road and one 1.267 acre parcel on Lower Main Street. The 1.267 acre parcel will have a one-story, 2,800 square foot medical office constructed adjacent to the road (outside the approximate 100 year floodplain), with a paved parking lot for 14 to 16 vehicles located behind the building. The project is located on Lower Main Street in the Town of Andes, New York.
