Pursuant to Section 30-a of the Public Lands Law the Office of General Services hereby gives notice to the following:
Notice is hereby given that the New York State Office of People with Developmental Disabilities has declared that the Proposed Kent Hostel #2094 situated at North Horse Pond Road and Church Hill Road in the Town of Kent, Putnam County, New York consisting of 3,215 ± acres, is no longer useful or necessary for New York State Office of People with Development Disabilities program purposes and has consented to the sale of same by the New York State Office of General Services

Negative Declaration
Putnam County - The Town Board of the Town of Patterson, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law 2 of 2012 "Zoning" will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law of the Town of Patterson which amends Chapter 154, "Zoning" to establish procedures for applications made to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals where there are existing violations of the Patterson Town Code, or where there are outstanding fees owed to the Town. The project is located throughout the Town of Patterson, New York.
