Negative Declaration

Yates County - The Jerusalem Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Branchport Hamlet Master Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Branchport Hamlet Master Plan. The Master Plan outlines the community's vision as it relates to guiding growth and development in the hamlet of Branchport through recommendations for such things as organization, economic development, community character, and land use. The Master Plan includes an inventory of existing conditions, an analysis of development opportunities and constraints, a conceptual plan, and recommended actions. The project is located throughout the Town of Jerusalem, New York.
