Notice of Adoption
Pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law, sections 1-0101(3)(b), 1-0101(3)(d), 3-0301(1)(b), 3-0301(1)(d), 3-0301(2)(m), 9-0105(1), 9-0105(3) and 9-1303 the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) hereby gives notice of the following:
Repeal existing section 192.5 and adopt new sections 192.5 and 192.6 Firewood restrictions to protect forests from invasive species. Revisions were made to the current regulation to clarify its intent.
