The applicant proposes to remove a deteriorated bulkhead, excavate 200 cu. yds. of material landward of the bulkhead, and grade the area to create a beach. The applicant also proposes to remove and replace in-place 112 linear feet of existing functional bulkhead and to place the excavated material landward of the bulkhead, creating a berm to be planted with beach grass. Seventy linear feet of rock revetment is also proposed to be installed south of the beach area. An 8' x 32' floating dock is proposed to be installed along the bulkhead.
