The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NY DEC) has determined that site ID #828025, known as the Spencerport Village Dump site, may be deleted from the New York State Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites. This site is located in the Town of Ogden, within the County of Monroe, and is located at Trimmer Road (immediately south of Barge Canal). Comments regarding this action must be submitted no later than July 20, 2012.
