Project Description: The action involves installation of two new utility poles greater than 40 feet in height (43 feet above ground) and a new distribution line across NY State Route 28 to service a residential subdivision authorized by a prior Agency Permit. Also, a push pole will be added to an existing utility pole on Scusa Road, involving wetlands.
