Negative Declaration
Orleans County - The Town of Ridgeway, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Ridgeway Water District #12 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves water supply improvements within Water District No. 12 to serve approximately 31 residential units. The proposed improvements include the installation of 16,400 linear feet of watermain along portions of Bates, Angling and Ranshaw Roads. Activities include the installation of watermain, fire hydrants, valves, road crossings, excavation and bedding materials, watermain connections, residential hook-ups, and surface restoration. Residents in these areas are dependent upon individual groundwater supplies that historically have produced very low yields of poor quality water. The project is located along portions of Bates, Angling and Ranshaw Roads in the Town of Ridgeway, New York.

Yates County - The Town of Jerusalem, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the Town ordinance making museums permitted uses in Agricultural Residential Districts. The project is located throughout the Town of Jerusalem, New York.
