Negative Declaration
Schenectady County - The Town of Rotterdam Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Philomena Apartment Expansion Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a site plan approval for the construction of three (3) additional apartment buildings at Philomena Apartments with each new building containing 18 units and 22 bedrooms (54 units and 66 bedrooms total) on a 10.85 ± acre parcel. The project will be serviced by municipal water and utilize a private on-site sanitary sewer system. The project is located at 3158 and 3164 Carman Road in Rotterdam, New York.
