Project Description:
The applicant is proposing the demolition of the existing well control building and replacement with a slightly larger building (14 feet x 42 feet) and second small storage building (20 feet x 20 feet) to house the well controls, water filtration systems and water tank. Additionally, gravel will be added to the existing driveway. Work is within the 100 adjacent area of NYS Freshwater Wetland SP-1 but is limited to the currently maintained/mowed area.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.
SEQR Lead Agency: Springwater Town Board
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
A Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form has been completed. The proposed activity will not impact on registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
