Negative Declaration
Dutchess County - The Planning Board of the Town of Red Hook, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 245 Woods Road Single Family Dwelling Replacement will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for Amended Special Permit Approval to replace an existing two-story 5,500 square foot single family dwelling on a 19.22 acre parcel with a new single-story 1,530 square foot dwelling on the same building footprint and using the existing driveway. The project is located at 245 Woods Road in the Town of Red Hook, New York.
