The DEC has determined to issue a draft permit to the above-referenced facility for the industrial discharge of floor drains from a periodic vehicle rinsing station, concrete/grit settling tank, oil/water separator and a filter tank w/ polishing effluent filter. Discharge will be in varying amounts based on tempo of vehicle washing activities. Effluent amounts will be monitored by the permittee. The permit includes monitoring and recording requirements. The receiving water is an unnamed tributary of the Mongaup River, class D. SPDES NY 027 1314
