Negative Declaration
Ulster County - The Town of Woodstock Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Statute Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the Town of Woodstock Zoning Law to prohibit the exploration and/or extraction of natural gas and/or petroleum. The project is located throughout the Town of Woodstock, New York.
