Project Description:

The Town of Clarkstown proposes to remove approximately 20 cubic yards of debris from a culvert that passes a tributary of West Branch Hackensack River [WIN# NJ-1-12-2f, Class A] under Heritage Drive. In addition, the town proposes the clearing of invasive vegetation (e.g. knotweed) from approximately 500 linear feet of the stream bank starting approximately 300 feet south of the Heritage Drive culvert.
