Negative Declaration
Jefferson County - The City of Watertown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Zone Changes (Phase 2, Downtown) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves changing the zoning classification of 110 parcels in the Public Square area to "Downtown District" in order to implement the LWRP. The project is located on the Public Square, Washington Street, State Street and Arsenal Street in the City of Watertown, New York.
