The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has determined that site ID #411006, known as the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Station 254 site, may be deleted from the New York State Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites. This site is located in the Town of Chatham, within the County of Columbia, and is located at Route 66, Chatham, NY 12123. Comments regarding this action must be submitted no later than June 1, 2012. Issuance of Final Request for Proposals (RFP) for Solid Waste Recycling Services for Columbia County
A copy of the Final RFP for Solid Waste Recycling Services for Columbia County can be viewed on the Columbia County Government website at: www.columbiacountyny.com by following the link to the "Solid Waste Department". Those who download the RFP and wish to be placed on a list to receive information for this proposal as it is released must register with the Columbia County Solid Waste Department by sending an e-mail to Gennifer Westover at email@example.com. A return e-mail acknowledging this registration will be transmitted. All proposals must be received by Wednesday, May 16, 2012 no later than 3:00 p.m.
Proposal packages can be obtained by any bidder at the Columbia County Department of Central Services, 401 State Street, Hudson, New York.
