Westchester County - The Village of Croton-on-Hudson Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law Introductory No.3 of 2010 (October 2011 version) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a proposed law which provides for certain changes to the Harmon/South Riverside Gateway Overlay District regulations, including revised regulations for mixed residential/commercial use; an increase in the maximum permitted FAR to .8 for mixed use development; establishing new parking requirements for mixed use developments; permitting occupancy of third stories in mixed use buildings; establishing setback rules for mixed use properties; removing the language prohibiting fast food restaurants; and certain other modifications to the Harmon/South Riverside Gateway Area and related zoning regulations, as well as amending the Zoning map to add parcels on South Riverside Avenue and Clinton Street to the Harmon/South Riverside Gateway Overlay area. The project is located on properties on South Riverside Avenue, Croton Point Avenue and Clinton Street in Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Sullivan County - The Fallsburg Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Raleigh and Heiden Properties. The Final EIS is available from the Town of Fallsburg Code Enforcement Office, 5250 Main Street, South Fallsburg, NY and on line at: timmillerassociates.com.
The action involves a residential subdivision on a 196.6 acre property. The proposal is for site plan, subdivision and cluster authorization and consists of development of 236 single family and duplex units. The project is located on Heiden Road and Kiamesha Lake Road in the Town of Fallsburg, New York.
