Columbia County - The Village of Chatham Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Chatham Plaza Shopping Center Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the expansion of an existing retail shopping plaza from 43,830 square feet to 60,116 square feet. The project is located at Route 66 and Dardess Drive in the Village of Chatham, New York.

Rensselaer County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Troy Sand and Gravel - Lochvue Estates will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the addition of 1.6 acres to an existing 8.35 acre life of mine, for a new life of mine area of 9.95 acres. Mining is proposed to prepare the site for residential subdivision. The project is located on Spring Avenue Extension in the Town of Poestenkill, New York.
