The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from West Tremont Residences LLC for a site known as the 92 West Tremont site, ID #C203062. This site is located in the Bronx at 92 West Tremont Avenue and 60 West 177th Street. Please note that the application includes a Draft Remedial Action Work Plan. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than June 4, 2012.
