Chenango County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Tri City Highway Products, Inc - Brisben Pit will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant for a 10.3 acre expansion of an existing 63.3 acre sand and gravel mine yielding a new 73.6 acre Life-of-Mine boundary on a 205 acre parcel of land; and addition of a closed-loop aggregate-washing process and associated pond system for supply and recirculation of aggregate wash-water. The project is located on the east side of County Route 32 (East River Road) south of Randall Lane on property owned by Tri City Highway Products, Inc. in the Hamlet of Brisben, Town of Greene, New York.

Onondaga County - The Town of Salina Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sisters of St. Francis will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities for the construction of a 100 unit residential housing facility for the Sisters of St. Francis. The facility will be approximately 140,000 square feet and contain a chapel, dining facilities, community room, and on-site parking. The property consists of five lots that total 50.8 acres. The property is currently zoned O-2, Office and Light Industrial Park District, and R-O, Open-Land District. The Applicant is requesting a zone change for the property to R-4, Multiple Family Residential District. The project is located at 6890-6900 Buckley Road in the Town of Salina, New York.
