Negative Declaration
Erie County - The Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMCC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed ECMCC Parking and Circulation Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the reconstruction and reconfiguration of existing Parking Lots A, B, C and D and the improvement of traffic and pedestrian circulation along internal roadways at the eastern edge of the 58.4 acre Erie County Medical Center campus. The project is located 462 Grider Street in Buffalo, New York.
