The seven lots that will be advertised for sale will be developed with a single family dwelling served by an individual on-site wastewater treatment system and well. The project also includes a subdivision that will result in conveyances of two equal size parcels of land, 1.79 acres each, between the applicant and an adjoining land owner to resolve an access issue. No principal building rights are being conveyed as part of the equal size land transfer. The subdivision plans have been approved by the Village of Lake Placid/Town of North Elba Joint Review Board.
