Negative Declaration

Delaware County - The Town of Delhi, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town and Village of Delhi Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a Joint Comprehensive Plan for the Town and Village of Delhi. The plan includes a community profile of existing conditions including demographics, housing, local economy, New York City watershed, land use and land management, natural resources and environment, historic resources, transportation and infrastructure, and community services. The second component is an Action Plan which includes a vision statement, set of goals and identified actions to achieve the goals and vision. The implementation of the Action Plan is not part of this action. The project is located throughout the Town and Village of Delhi, New York.

Otsego County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Henderson Gravel Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the addition of five acres to an existing eight acre life of mine, sand and gravel mine, for a new mine area of 13 acres. The project is located on Southside Drive in the Town of Oneonta, New York.
