Livingston County - The Town of Geneseo, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law #1 of 2012, The Valley at Geneseo Multi-Family Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Local Law #1 of 2012 amending the Town Zoning Map to include an 81.8 acre parcel of land within the boundaries of Mixed Use II Zoning District and the proposed multi-family project described as "The Valley at Geneseo Multi-Family Development" on that parcel of land.
The rezoning to Mixed Use II allows for Low Density Commercial/High Density Residential and "The Valley at Geneseo Multi-Family Development" project, consisting of approximately 9 buildings with 198 living units, a clubhouse with an outdoor pool, parking area, trash compactor area, resident mailbox area and parking garages. The structures will be a maximum of 2 stories and density will be 10 units/acre. Public water and sewer exists at the site.
The project is located in the Gateway District on Volunteer Road near the southwest corner of the Lima Road and Volunteer Road intersection in the Town of Geneseo, New York.

Wayne County - The Town of Savannah, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Savannah Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the first Zoning Law for the Town of Savannah and includes the Zoning Law and accompanying maps showing the Zoning Districts, Overlay Districts and Sensitive Environmental Areas. The project is located throughout the Town of Savannah, New York.
