Project Description: The action involves a proposal for a commercial sand and gravel extraction, after-the-fact. Annual extraction will not exceed 750 cubic yards of material. Extraction and hauling operations will occur during the spring, summer and fall, Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No onsite processing of material is proposed. Reclamation will consist of concurrent regrading and seeding of slopes as final grades are reached.
Negative Declaration
St. Lawrence County - The Town of Louisville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wind Energy Regulations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law by the Town of Louisville to provide Wind Energy Regulations. The project is located throughout the Town of Louisville, New York.
