Monroe County - The Penfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed RG&E Station 124 Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval, expansion to a Conditional Use Permit, and Environment Protection Overlay District (EPOD) Permit to construct additional transformers with associated site improvements on 84.1 ± acres to be known as RG&E Station 124 Expansion. The project is located at 1540 Salt Road in the Town of Penfield, New York.

Steuben County - The Town of Prattsburgh, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Prattsburgh Water Supply Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposed improvements including replacement of existing water main on School Street, Chapel Street and Mechanic Street, installation of a pressure reducing station in line of existing water main near Chapel Street and Route 53, installation of a storage tank mixing system, complete demolition of an abandoned storage tank, installation of an emergency generator, rehabilitation of existing wells, rehabilitation of an existing iron filter, installation of an autodialer device and renovation of an existing well house building. This work is described in an engineering report titled "Town of Prattsburgh Phase III Water System Improvements" published by Larson Design Group, March 2010. The project is located throughout the Town of Prattsburgh, New York.
