Madison County - The Hamilton Village Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law 2012-1, "A local law to amend Chapter 174 of the Code of the Village of Hamilton" will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law which makes text changes to the Village zoning code that include changing the definition of "group homes" to represent a residence facility operating a recognized program of physical or mental health rehabilitation, or other custodial supervision and care living arrangement operated by a non-profit entity, which are to be allowed in residential districts upon the issuance of a special use permit. The local law also amends the definitions of "family" and "functional family units" and the regulations pertaining to "boarding house" uses. The project is located throughout the Village of Hamilton, New York.

Oswego County - The Village of Parish Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2011 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2011 enacting a new zoning law to replace the existing zoning law. The project is located throughout the Village of Parish, New York.
