The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has added a link to a translation service developed by Microsoft Inc., entitled Bing Translator, as a convenience to visitors to the DEC website who speak languages other than English.

Negative Declaration

Delaware County - The Town of Meredith Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Meridale Farms will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an alternate plan for the proposed 1,100 ± acres Meridale Farms subdivision reducing the number of lots from an original number of 120 to a revised number of 34. No new road construction will be required. Further issues will be reviewed under the subdivision process. The project is located at Turnpike Road and NYS Route 28 in Meridale, New York.

Positive Declaration

Rensselaer County - The Town of Stephentown Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Stephentown Motocross may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the construction of a Motocross Track. The action will require a use variance from the Town of Stephentown Zoning Board of Appeals and Site Plan approval from the Town Board. The project is located on the north side of Webster Hill Road, just east of the intersection with US Route 20 in the Town of Stephentown, New York.
