Negative Declaration

Clinton County - The Town of Plattsburgh Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Plattsburgh RV Park Site Plan 2011 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a request to construct a 39 site RV Park expansion to existing RV Park with approximately 162 sites with road and utility improvements as Phase I of the project. Phase II will consist of a community building with showers, bathrooms, and meeting area. The project is located at 1-56 Plattsburgh RV Way in the Town of Plattsburgh, New York.
