The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has determined that site ID # 902015, known as the Friendship Foundries, Inc. site, may be deleted from the NYS Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites. This site is located at 10 Howard Street in the Village of Friendship, Allegany County. Comments regarding this action must be submitted no later than February 17, 2012. This site is located in the City of Dunkirk, within the County of Chautauqua, and is located at 18 Lake Shore Drive, Dunkirk, NY 14048. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than February 17, 2012.
