The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has determined that site ID #837010, the J. I. Case property (formerly Ag-Chem), may be deleted from the NYS Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites. This site is located at 3922 Allis Road, Ridgeway, NY 14103. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Livingston County for a site known as the K & K Stripping site, site ID #C826021. This site is located in the Village of Lima, within the County of Livingston, and is located at 1920 Buell Avenue. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than February 22, 2012. Negative Declaration

Ontario County - The City of Canandaigua, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Antis Street Parking Lot Rehabilitation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the City of Canandaigua to rehabilitate the Antis Street Parking Lot by replacing the existing pavement, install new storm sewers, install better lighting and install water quality bio-retention areas to treat the runoff from this parking lot. The project is located on Antis Street in the City of Canandaigua, New York.
