Negative Declaration
Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Martell Brewing Company will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 3,264 square foot building. Use will consist of a restaurant and brewing facility for on-site consumption only. The project is located 381 Broadway in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Saratoga County - The Saratoga Springs City Council, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Construction of Long Alley Parking Deck will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the design and construction of the Long Alley Parking Deck consisting of an existing at-grade parking and one deck with the potential to add one deck. The structure will be built on a 1.46 ± acre parcel owned by the City of Saratoga Springs and containing an existing surface parking lot of 158 spaces. The structure once complete, will have the capacity for approximately 302 vehicles. The project is located at 6 Woodlawn Avenue (east side of the street) between Church Street and Division Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.
