Negative Declaration
Schoharie County - The New York State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Center for Agriculture and Natural Resources at the State University of New York (SUNY) Cobleskill will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 99,273 gross square foot building which will be done in 2 phases. Phase I includes demolition of existing buildings, the relocation of existing underground utilities within the site area, and site improvements. Phase 2 will include construction of the new building, a greenhouse and parking areas. The project is located on the SUNY Cobleskill Campus on the Schoharie Parkway North in Cobleskill, New York.
