Oswego County - The New York State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed State University of New York (SUNY) Oswego Rice Creek Field Station will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of the existing field station with additional site improvements. Construction of a new 5,800 ± square foot facility is proposed. The existing field station will be demolished. A new 500 square foot observatory will be located west of the new building which is currently occupied by a picnic shelter. The project is located on Thompson Road in the Town of Oswego, New York

Tioga County - The Village of Owego, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the upgrade of the Village of Owego Wastewater Treatment Plant. Construction activities at the existing treatment facility, including the replacement of aeration components and construction of one new 4,000 square foot building, 500 feet of buried pipe to the south of the facility including boring under NYS Route 86. Construction of new 15,000 square foot composting facility and surrounding parking lot on the south of NYS Route 86. The project is located at 75 Southside Drive in the Village of Owego, New York.
