Suffolk County - The Town of Brookhaven Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment of Chapter 85-1 of Brookhaven Town Code will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amending Chapter 85-1 and Various Sections in Article XXIX to allow Outdoor Storage as a Principal use in Light Industrial 1 Zoning District (L-1). The project is located on all parcels zoned Light Industrial 1 in the Town of Brookhaven, New York.

Suffolk County - The Port Jefferson Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 26 Texaco Avenue Site Plan Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the merger of 2 lots, 206-21-4-8.2 and 10; the demolition of an existing single family home on lot 10; construction of a 1,820 square foot (26 foot x 87.5 foot) office addition to the existing autobody building on lot 10; approval of an already constructed 457.6 square foot building for a compressor located in the northwest corner of lot 8.2 and minimally on lot 10; the realignment of the curbing and sidewalk at the southwest intersection of Sheep Pasture Road and Texaco to agree with property boundaries; the installation of curbing along lot 10 on Texaco Avenue; approval of an existing loading berth; approval of 36 interior parking spaces located within the existing autobody repair buildings and 21 exterior parking spaces; the installation of 6 additional catch basins each with catch basin inserts to address stormwater quality; the landbanking of an additional 21 exterior parking spaces on lot 10 and the landscaping on lot 10 and 8.2 to screen the proposed project from adjacent neighboring properties. The project is located at 26 Texaco Avenue, Port Jefferson, New York.
