The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Chappaqua Station, LLC c/o Andrew Bodewes for a site known as the Chappaqua Coal/Fuel & Humble Oil, site ID #C360120. This site is located in the Town of New Castle, within the County of Westchester, and is located at 54 Hunts Place, Chappaqua, NY 10514. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than January 13, 2012. Dutchess County - The Town of East Fishkill Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Arthursburg Corners Site Plan, Lotline Realignment, Floodplain Development Permit and Fill Permit will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Site Plan Approval for the retail use of 6723 ± square feet of building area on a reconfigured lot with a proposed area of 8.97 acres ±, a Floodplain Development Permit Approval for a portion of the lot within 100 year floodplain, a Special Permit for Wetlands, Water bodies and Watercourses for the diversion of surface water swats, a Special Permit for the importing of fill in excess of 375 Cubic Yards and a Subdivision for the lot line Alteration affecting area of 7.55 acres resulting in parcel 313287 having an area of 8.97 acres and parcel 360250 having an area of 5.65 acres. The project is located on NYS Route 82 in the Town of East Fishkill, New York.

Westchester County - The Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Eastview Holdings, LLC Rezoning Request may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the proposal of amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the Town of Greenburgh creating a new DS-50 (Designed Shopping District containing 50 acres or more) Zone and to rezone approximately 100 ± acre site in order to allow for the development of commercial buildings on the site.
The Site consists of three (3) zoning districts; approximately 10 acres of the premises fronting on Route 100C is Zoned M-10 (Multi-Family), 61.68 acres on the south and east of the interior loop road is zoned M-6 (Multi-Family), and the balance of the premises is zoned OB (Office Business), which is a mixed use district which permits residential use (one-family dwellings at the density of the R-10 zoning district). The proposed project consists rezoning the property to the proposed new DS-50 zoning district to permit flexibility in the design and development of a planned commercial center containing diverse commercial uses that are intended to promote the economic and efficient use of land.
The project is located at 777 Old Saw Mill River Road, Tarrytown, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Putnam County - The Town of Patterson Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Watchtower Educational Center Amended Site Plan. The Final EIS s available at the Patterson Town Hall, 1142 Route 311, Patterson, NY 12563 and on line at: http://www.pattersonny.org.
The action involves the construction of 904,000 square feet of building space on the Watchtower campus. In response to the comments received the Final EIS has revised the proposed development plan to reduce the total gross floor area of the propose project to 903,400 square feet. Specifically, the "H" Residence, the Recycling Building, visitor Services Center, South Services Building expansion and the diesel fuel tank near the Warehouse have been removed from the proposed project. Additional changes include reconfiguration of the Maintenance, Office and G Buildings, and the addition of a Visitor's Comfort Station and three Picnic Pavilions. The project is located in the Town of Patterson, New York.
