Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The New York State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed State University of New York (SUNY) Brockport New Academic Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 3 story, 60,000 square foot academic building on the SUNY Brockport Campus. The proposed building will provide new spaces for relocated offices, additional classrooms, common/gathering spaces, and an auditorium. Also under consideration is a 60 foot enclosed link to the adjacent library. The project is located on the SUNY Brockport Campus, New Campus Drive in Brockport, New York.
