Negative Declaration
Jefferson County - The Town of Watertown Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Beaver Meadow Apartment Complex will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 304 apartment units, 76 one bedroom, 170 two bedroom, and 58 three bedroom. Additionally, a 5,000 square foot clubhouse will be erected. The project is located south of NYS Route 3 (Arsenal Street), behind TARGET, in the Town of Watertown, New York.
