Notice of Emergency Adoption and Proposed Rule Making to amend 6 NYCRR Part 41 pertaining to The Sanitary Condition of Shellfish Lands (Nicoll Bay and Cutchogue Harbor). This notice will be published in issue 48 of the State Register, dated November 30, 2011.

Notice of Public Information Meetings Regarding Upcoming Water Withdrawal Regulations for 6 NYCRR Parts 601 and 621

Three public information meetings will be held regarding the upcoming changes to water withdrawal regulations found in 6 NYCRR Parts 601 and 621. The Notice of Proposed Rule Making for these regulatory changes was posted in the State Register on November 23, 2011.

Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) for Water Pollution Control

Final FFY 2012 Intended Use Plan (IUP)

The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYS EFC) and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) have prepared the final Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2012 Intended Use Plan (IUP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF). The IUP includes a list of projects that may receive financial assistance between October 1, 2011 and September 30, 2012.

The final 2012 CWSRF IUP will be available upon request from NYS EFC or can be obtained at NYS EFC's website at: www.efc.ny.gov (Click on "Clean Water State Revolving Fund", then "Intended Use Plan and Amendments").
