Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The Town Board of the Town of Watertown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Extension of Town of Watertown Water and Sewer Districts will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of Town of Watertown Water and Sewer Districts #4 to include a proposed senior living facility and an amendment to the Town Zoning Law and map to change the zoning classification of that tax parcel to Business and to add to the permitted uses with site plan approval within the Business District, Residential Health Care Facility. The project is located at the Town of Watertown, City of Watertown municipal boundary off Washington Street, U S Route 11, New York.

Jefferson County - The Village of Sacketts Harbor, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to Village of Sackets Harbor Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law amending the Village of Sacketts Harbor's Zoning Law to decrease the number of alternate members of its Planning Board from two to one. The project is located throughout the Village of Sacketts Harbor, New York.

Oneida County - The Town of Verona, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Durhamsville Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of the Durhamsville Sewer District which will be served by approximately 200 grinder pumps and 27,000 linear feet of 1.5 inch, 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch and 6 inch low pressure main. Individual grinder pumps will be located at each property served by the project and on private property with an agreement between the property owner and the Town. All flows will be conveyed via the 6 inch force main to the City of Oneida Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project will serve properties along Main Street, State Route 46, Maple Lane, Foster Street, Oneida Street, Center Street, Randel Road, Kotary Road, Clinton Street, Broad Street, Church Street, Charles Street, John Street, Canal Street and County Road 48 in the Town of Verona, New York
