Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Richmond County (Staten Island) - The New York City School Construction Authority (NYC SCA), as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed New Primary School. The Final EIS is available for public inspection at the office of the contact person listed below and on the NYC SCA's website: www.nycsca.org.

The action involves a proposal for the design and construction of a new primary school facility in Community School District No. 31. The proposed new facility would contain a total of approximately 444 seats serving students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The project is located on Crabtree Avenue in Staten Island, New York.
