Public Notice

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Sara-Frank, LLC for a site known as the Canandaigua Multi-Brownfield Site Redevelopment Project, site ID# C835025. This site is located in the City of Canandaigua, within the County of Ontario, and is located at 24-30, 130 and 158 Lakeshore Drive and 25 Booth Street. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than December 16, 2011. Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Director of Planning and Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Northridge Church Parking Lot Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the expansion of the Northridge Church parking facilities from 253 to 433 spaces, including paving, striping, drainage and landscaping. The project is located at 2052 and 2110 St. Paul Street in the City of Rochester, New York.

Ontario County - The Town of Canandaigua Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hammocks at Canandaigua will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the a three-lot subdivision as well as subsequent development of 198 apartments, a community building and appurtenances on a newly created 26.7 acre parcel. Two of the lots are in the Town of Canandaigua and one is in the City of Canandaigua. The project is located north side of Bristol Road on the Canandaigua City/Town boundary in Canandaigua, New York.

Negative Declaration

Ontario County - The Town of Victor Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wyndham Greene Preliminary Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to subdivide a 56.2 acre parcel into 24 patio lots, 93 fee simple townhomes and two (2) senior housing residence buildings. The project is located on the east side of State Route 444 (Victor-Holcomb Road) in the Town of Victor, New York.
