Project Description:

The applicant proposes to construct an RV campground on his property which includes: approximately 148 camp sites, on site sanitary systems, an office building with store, restroom/shower facilities, maintenance barn, pool house and extend the existing Boynton Road 8 inch water main approximately 3400 lineal feet south to the southernmost property line of the parcel located at 4500 Boynton Rd. in the Town of Walworth, Wayne County.

Running within the town road R.O.W., approximately 960 lineal feet of the water main extension is located within the Class III, State Regulated Freshwater Wetland, ON-36, and its 100 foot adjacent area. The four (4) leach fields of the proposed sanitary system are located outside the wetland and adjacent area and total less than 10,00 gallons per day subsurface discharge; therefore they qualify for coverage under the State Pollution Discharge Elimination System General Permit GP-05-001, DEC Application Number 8-5444-00114/00002.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:

A Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form has been completed. The proposed activity will not impact on registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.

Coastal Management:

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
