Negative Declaration
Monroe County - The Town of Penfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Collingsworth Drive Sewer Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 1350 linear feet of sanitary sewer to serve 18 homes currently on septic systems. All of the pipeline and associated improvements will be constructed within the Town Right of Way. The estimated project cost is $325,600 to be funded by General Obligation Bonds of the Town of Penfield. The project is located along Collingsworth Drive in the Town of Penfield, New York.
