Negative Declaration

Orange County - The Village of Warwick, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Warwick Second Street Sidewalk Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing sidewalks and curbing located within the limits of the Village of Warwick Historic District which is listed on both the State and National Registers. The scope of the project includes the reuse of the existing blue stone sidewalk material with replacement when necessary. The project is located along Second Street in the Village of Warwick, New York.
