Negative Declaration

Otsego County - The Village of Cooperstown Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cooperstown Youth Baseball will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of one Little League baseball field, off street parking area, and two accessory buildings. Potable water supply and sewage treatment will be supplied from the Village of Cooperstown facility. This is a two phase project. The parking area, landscaping, construction of the clubhouse, storm water facility and the baseball field are planned during phase 1. The batting practice building is planned during phase 2 (within 5 years after the completion of phase 1). The project is located on Brooklyn Avenue in the Village of Cooperstown, Town of Middlefield, New York.
