Genesee County - The Town of Pavilion, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed South Street and York Road Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of public water service to the South Street Road and York Road Water District in the Town of Pavilion. Approximately 21,800 linear feet of watermain will be installed. An existing pump station just north of Lake LeRoy will be upgraded as well. In addition to the installation of the watermain and pump station, the project includes hydrants, valves, road crossings, excavation and bedding materials, watermain connections, residential hook-ups, and surface restoration. The project will serve 37 equivalent dwelling units. Residents in this area are dependent upon individual groundwater supplies that historically have produced very low yields of poor quality water. The project is located along portions of South Street Road, York Road, Perry Road, and County Route 63 in the Town of Pavilion, New York.

Livingston County - The Town of West Sparta, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Watermain Replacement Adjacent to Woodsville Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of 1,080 linear feet of the existing 8 inch cast iron main on Cummisville Road with an 8 inch pvc main. Corrosion in the existing main is currently causing reduced flows and pressures. The Town of West Sparta is proposing the action in order to increase fire flows and system pressure within the Woodsville Water District. The project is located along Cummisville Road in the Town of North Dansville, New York.

Monroe County - The Village of Spencerport, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Brockport Road Townhouse will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of ten (10) townhouse units on a 3.1 acre parcel. The project is located 3028 Brockport Road in the Village of Spencerport, New York.
