Project Description: The action involves a two lot subdivision whereby the Franklin County Industrial Development Agency (FCIDA) will convey a 25.18 ± acre parcel from 133.77 ± acre tax lot 5 to Paul Mitchell Logging Inc. Paul Mitchell Logging Inc. proposes to construct and operate a 13.36 ± acre log yard on the 25.18 ± acre parcel. 13.36± acres will be cleared for the log yard and wood products from area timber harvesting operations will be cut, scaled, graded, sorted, and stored on the site. Portable equipment to be operated will include slasher, chain saws, and truck mounted log loaders. Hours of operation will be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
